Boxercise is a circuit class including boxing style stations and techniques. Learn over eight different punches and movement using focus pads. The workout uses the whole body and the time flys as you work on body movement, agility and momentum. If you stick with the boxercise workout you'll get fit and enhance muscle definition, but you won't gain bulk. It's great for relieving stress too!
Our boxercise classes start with a cardio warm-up inc. light jogging, star jumps, skipping and more, before stretching. Shadow boxing helps you to learn the combinations and refine your technique; then studio circuits really get the blood pumping! In every class you will exercise all the major muscle groups of your body. Pad work in pairs tone and define your arms, it's a pyschological workout too, perfect for the end of a tough day!

Yes! Boxercise is a class for all levels and abilities and you do not need any previous experience to take part. It is our job as Boxercise Instructors and Personal Trainers to start you off at a level suitable to your experience and fitness levels and progress you from there.
