What does personal training involve?

You will meet a fully qualified personal trainer for a free, no obligation consultation.
This is a chance for you to speak to your trainer face to face and to have a look at the training facilities on offer. After finding out a little bit about you and your likes, dislikes, strengths and weaknesses your trainer will assess your current fitness level and devise a plan that helps you achieve your goals.

Your first session includes a lifestyle assessment where we will measure your blood pressure, carry out a non intrusive body fat measurement, a lung function test and a fitness test. This will give us a set of results which is great for tracking your progress! We make sure these tests are taken again at regular intervals so we can compare results and see your improvement.

Your first personal training session will be completely designed for you and your goals. Depending on your preferences, fitness and focus, training will take place in the gym, the aerobic studio or your house, whatever suits you!
