What does this involve?

First we will meet up for a consultation which is completly free and without obligation. This will give us the chance to meet face to face and for you to have a look at the training facilities we have on offer. Then after finding out a little bit about you and your likes, dislikes, strengths, weaknesses, and goals we will assess your current fitness level and suggest the best way for you to achieve your goals.

Next when you are ready we will book you in for your first session which will include a lifestyle assessment such as blood pressure, a non intrusive body fat measurement, a lung function test and a fitness test. This will give us a set of results which is great for tracking your progress! We will take these tests again at regular intervals and compare them to previous results to see the improvement you have made.

You will then be ready for your first Personal Training session which will be completely designed for you and your goals. Depending on your goals and preferences training will take place in the gym, the aerobic studio or even outsisde on the road or a nearby park.
